Neurodynamics Inc. was founded in 1987 with the mission and goal of providing innovative medical devices for use in cranial neurosurgery operations.


Our company designs and markets instruments for stereotactic catheter placement for Ventriculostomy, a procedure commonly in use in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Ventriculostomy is a common emergency procedure for ICP monitoring and ventricular drainage after a brain injury or in cases of hydrocephalus. 


The Ghajar Guide® System give the surgeon the ability to  accurately pass a catheter into  the ventricles on the first pass and avoids the possible complications associated with 'free hand' catheter placement.
